New Policy for Delinquent Accounts

At the September 15, 2016 Board Meeting, Resolution 2016-08-18.1 was amended regarding late fee charges assessed to delinquent accounts.    A penalty of $15 will be automatically assessed to a customer’s account in the event any charge due and payable to the District by a property owner and/or customer is not received by the 25th of the month the charge is invoiced, and the District may discontinue service if payment in full is not received by the last day of the same month.

In the event the District discontinues service, the service will not be restored until payment for all amounts due are received by the District.  All amounts due may include an additional $100 refundable deposit and a $60 non-refundable reconnection fee.
