It is Fire Hydrant Flushing Time! We will perform tests on CCMD hydrants the week of 18-22 October. Residents should try to avoid doing laundry during this period as small amounts of sediment can dislodge and get into your waterlines resulting in stains on your laundry.
If you absolutely need to wash a few things, ensure you flush your lines beforehand by running the water for a few minutes.
