Centre Court Park

Mosko Park is the first completed phase of the master plan for the twenty acres. Mosko Park amenities include swings, large slide, climbing rock, climbing wall, pipeline dragon playground structure and sheltered picnic tables. The park hours are from sunrise to sunset.
Cuchares Ranch Park
The Cuchares Ranch Park is located at 9465 Sand Myrtle Drive. This park was funded in part by an El Paso County Urban Park Grant and by FMI Cuchares Ranch LLC. The completed park was donated to Colorado Centre Metropolitan District by FMI Cuchares Ranch, LLC in 2014. Cuchares Ranch Park amenities include a Navajo shelter, a see-saw, a spinner, a pipeline playground structure, a bench and a dual pedestal picnic table. The park hours are from sunrise to sunset.
In March 2014, Colorado Centre Metropolitan District obtained 4.74 acres of open space located along the Jimmy Camp Creek. The El Paso County Assessor’s schedule number for this parcel is 5503106039. The property is bordered on the north by the Breaking Dawn Street cul-de-sac, bordered on the south by Cool Shadow Court and bordered on the west by Anvil Drive and Sleepy Creek Drive.
